In the Municipality of The Hague are several pools that offer Aqua Sport. What are the possibilities?

Opt for a lesson  Aqua jogging. Aqua jogging is walking in deep water without touching the bottom. The 'wetbelt' (foam band around the waist) ensures that you ll stay afloat.

Opt for a separate class Aquarobic. Aquarobic is fitness training to music in semi-deep water. You ll strengthen your muscles through the resistance of the water. Lessons consist of a warming-up, condition- and muscle strengthening exercises and a cooling-down.

Opt for a single lesson Aquavaria, this is a combination of a number of different aqua sports, such as aquarobics, aquajogging, aquasteps and trim swimming. It uses different materials within a varied program.
