Always wondered how they make that, sushi. Before I know it I'm surrounded by Oriental atmospheres and there are delicious ingredients in front of me. I am made wiser in terms of Japanese customs, etiquette, cutting techniques and supplies. I say okini to the master. That means thank you, isn't it funny?
