Birch water and wild garlic in spring, elderflower and blueberries in summer, ceps and chestnuts in fall, blackthorn and hop shoots in winter. Nature grows many edible delicacies! But where exactly do they grow? How can you recognise them? And what can you make of them? Do you like to cook delicious and healthy without any packets with natural ingredients?
During the wild picking walk you will learn which wild plants grow in abundance in nature and which species are edible, so that you can recognize them in your own garden and pick them for your own use. Elsje will also tell you which healthy and special delicacies you can make from the wild plants you come across.
